The rate for 1 day is valid for a duration of 24 hours. This means that if you rent a bike for 1 day at, for example, 12.30 pm, you will return the bike to us the next day before 12.30 pm. Unless you have decided that you want to rent the bike longer.

You don’t have to do anything to extend your bike rental.

If our opening hours allow, you can extend a rental day by 1 or 2 hours at the applicable rate. If you rent longer than 26 hours, the rate will apply for the next day.

The latest time that you can return the bike to us is daily at 5.30 pm.

You pay the rent afterwards, when the bike is returned. So you can simply decide to use the bikes longer than you initially thought. Your advantage: the rate will be lower the longer you rent! The date and start time of the bicycle rental can be found on the copy of the rental contract that you receive from us.

IMPORTANT

To rent a bike you need to bring:

1 Credit Card* (1 Card is sufficient for several persons) and

2 Official ID of the Card holder (EU identity card / passport / driver’s license) *Please note that we cannot accept a debit card or Prepaid Card as a deposit. You can pay for this afterwards.
